Why EPub Publishers have moved to the digital development model instead of print. Publishers are moving to "Born Accessible" versions of EPubs EPub Readers are more accessible to Assistive Technology (AT) Inclusive of some AT I.e., Text-To-Speech EPubs provide independent access to High Incidence and potentially Low Incidence disabilities
Whats Needed for Adoption? Awareness DS providers Students Faculty Do students want or know to use EPUB? They need awareness and maybe training Will help student s independence Which EPUB reader to recommend? B&N Bookshelf, Thorium
