Benefits of an embedded clinician Review all mental health, alcohol and drug related calls Follow up on calls that involve behavioral health crisis Co-respond with law enforcement to aid in de-escalation Participate in continued education training Engagement of community groups to provide services Consult with schools on services that are the best fit Provide referrals and complete intakes to Endeavor Health Follow up on the Threat Assessments completed by school resource officers Follow up calls, visits, or letters to individuals who have been transported under 9.41 status Triaged based on lethality

Update in Numbers 400+ follow up services 12 individuals who have received advocacy in the courtroom Provided crisis intervention and diversion services to 25 patients of Endeavor Health Placed 3 homeless individuals with the coordination of other agencies Is not limited to individuals that have contact with the police department (i.e. town residents, family members )
