  2. The Should Dos The following details are expected to be completed: - GMC registration number, Training number and CCT date. -Whether full time or LTFT -Specialty type, whether GA, OA, Dual, Forensic etc. -Endorsement, if any.

  3. Upload a copy of each of the following: - Passport photograph in the space provided. - GMC Registration certificate. - Evidence of participation in the GMC national survey. -CV/career history.

  4. The Must Dos Portfolios should be steadily built up during the training year and this should be reviewed by the ES: a) at the beginning of each training phase b) at a midpoint and c) no later than 3 weeks before the ARCP panel convenes.

  5. Suggested minimum number of WPBAs for ST4-ST6 GA Trainees

  6. Above attachment is for GA trainees. It should be tailored to each trainee s specialty requirements. WPBAs should be evenly spread over the year. Minipat requests should have adequate response.

  7. Evidence of reflective practice should be demonstrated: - A minimum of 6 reflections/year is expected. -They should be spread across the good medical practice domains, including knowledge, skills, probity, team work, leadership etc.

  8. Other Activities Induction meeting Research and Special interest activities Leadership courses attended. Evidence of supervision sessions Mid and end of post review Case logs

  9. Any other training/experience gathered during the year should also be documented and evidence attached where necessary.

  10. Mapping Trainees are expected to map WPBAs and other activities with their competences/ILOs and PDP. It is expected that every ILO is mapped/covered at the end of the trainee s final year.
