Our offering The Clinical Digital Solution (CDS) team at NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) offers a bespoke procurement support service for organisations to further utilise our specialist IT procurement and expertise. Our methodology is based on our experience of delivering complex and high-value procurements for a range of different NHS and wider public sector organisations. Our approach is adaptable and versatile to meet the specific needs of the Contracting Authority. Our tailored support package will provide you with dedicated resource that acts as an extension of your internal project team - taking equal responsibility and accountability for the success of the procurement. Recent work undertaken by NHS LPP Immersive Technology and Simulation Dynamic Purchasing System working with NHS England To fill a gap in the market, NHS LPP created a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) working with the education area at NHS E to create, implement and run a DPS to enable a complaint route to market for simulation based training. The DPS is NHS CCF Accredited. National LIMS specification and contract templates packs working with NHS England NHS LPP engaged with the national LIMS network to create a standard templates for specifications and also standard tender packs to be used when procuring from NHS CCF accredited frameworks. Procurement of a neutral hosting solution working with Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust NHS LPP ran a further competition for a neutral hosting solution using Crown Commercial Services framework which was compliant with the Joint Operators Technical Specifications (JOTS) framework. Procurement of an order comms solution and further competition for procurement of a referral and booking management system working with North East and North Cumbria (NENC) NHS ICS NHS LPP ran a further competition for a hosting solution using the NHS LPP Clinical Digital Solutions framework to implement an ICS-wide order communications solution to optimise efficiency, capacity and locality for the benefit of patients and staff. In addition, NHS LPP ran a further competition for a hosting solution using the NHS LPP Clinical Digital Solutions framework to implement an ICS-wide integration engine platform capable of meeting the objectives and the requirements of the NENC to operate in conjunction with other components that make up the overall referral and booking management system. Procurement of a data migration partner working with the NHS Acute Hospital Alliance NHS LPP ran a further completion with the NHS Acute alliance to procure their data migration and archiving partner under NHS LPP s One London LCRE Dynamic Purchasing System. Further competition for procurement of an IT Managed Services Partner working with West Hertfordshire NHS Trust NHS LPP ran a further competition to outsource all of West Hertfordshire NHS Trust IT services across three sites to continue to support the continued evolution of the digital maturity journey. 3 Title
We approached NHS LPP to work with us, to support and deliver a new Electronic Patient Record System for the trust. The NHS LPP team supported the programme professionally, with positive input at all times, breaking down barriers and helping build new supplier relationships. They enabled a timely delivery of the procurement process and successful conclusion to contract signature. Testimonials We engaged with NHS LPP to support us in writing the Full Business Case for our new Digital Health Record which was a large, complex document being produced in accordance with the Treasury s five case model. Their role required collating a large amount of information from a number of colleagues across multiple teams and organisations, pulling it all together in a way that made it flow as a cohesive and compelling case. They also brought a wealth of experience and knowledge of the EPR market and procurement regulations which provided our Board with a level of assurance on our approach that was really valuable. In addition, all delivery milestones were met despite the timelines being extremely challenging. We couldn t have done it without them, a real joy to work with! NHS LPP CDS supported and managed the procurement process for the LIMS Interoperability Program on behalf of the London Pathology Networks. Their advice, knowledge and templates were invaluable to the project and enabled us to successfully award the contract against the timeframes required. Epsom & St Helier NHS The NHS LPP CDS team supported us on a regional collaborative procurement, coordinating key stakeholders with the preparation of ITT documentation and facilitating further competition using NHS LPP s digital framework. This included moderating evaluation process of bids and assisting all the way to contract finalisation and award. This process was supported by the CDS team diligently and professionally from start to finish under extremely challenging timescales and circumstances. NHS LPP helped to find practical options and solutions to ensure maximum value was attained from a very complex set of project circumstances.
