THE DEFINITION Corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to policies that businesses implement as a part of corporate governance to guarantee that their business practices are moral and advantageous to society. 3

THE EXAMPLES Social and environmental responsibility: Socially responsible employment policies enable firms attract, develop, and manage people while valuing them as investments Human rights and ethics: the ability for a person to freely express thoughts or opinions Charitable duty: Almsgiving. Giving the money you have with someone more in need, without looking at who it is, is regarded the philanthropic gesture par excellence in modern capitalist society Corporate economic responsibility: Profit generation is an organization's first and most important economic responsibility. Profit is critical for any business organization to survive and grow in the market. 5
THE IMPORTANC It's crucial that your business conducts itself with a sense of social responsibility. It is seen as good practice for you to consider social and environmental issues, even though it is not required by law. 6
REFLACTION Its necessary for companies to become responsible in their decisions towards society in order to develop the economy and community environment for the better 7
CONCLUSION Corporate social responsibility is more than just a business trend or fad. Businesses that want to stay relevant to new generations and who want to help people in need around the world while increasing their own revenue and efficiency will benefit from embracing CSR. 8
