  13. Free Care Home Chair Based Exercise Training I thought the course was very thorough. Francesca explained and demonstrated all exercises superbly. Included all scenarios. Gave us time to ask questions. I enjoyed the course immensely. Can't wait to try the exercises with our residents Great workshops, very informative and great interaction with tutor and those participating, good level of understanding and pitched at a good level. Very enjoyable and it gave you a good idea how you can create your own classes and pitched at the right level for the group you are working with. This is one of the best training I have been to. The content was very good and the trainer was brilliant. This training is not only good for the residents but also myself.
