Blue Devil Invite Coaches Information Please share important information with your athletes before arrival
Parking Spectators Lot 4 (west of building) will be ticketed Lot 29 (east of building) free after 4PM Before 4PM you will need to go to parking station by the building and pay for parking up to 4PM Buses 3rdSt. E, next to outdoor track facing North or 18thAve. E by Tennis Courts, not allowed in campus parking lots
Pole Vaulters Weight Verification Form please turn those in to the event worker and they will check everything over. Throws Weigh-ins will occur at Throws area from 2:00-3:00PM Payment can be brought to the timing table with your running event scratches SCRATCHES Running events at timing table upon arrival Field Events with field event official
Spectators & Results We will have live results on Pttiming Spectators are allowed $8 for Adults $5 for Students & Seniors Kids under 5 free We can t take credit, venmo, etc. PLEASE BRING CASH
Team Camp Area West Gym, Blue Space in Basketball Gym NO SPIKES & NO STICKERS ON FLOOR/WALLS in team camp areas Please watch valuables as the team camps are not locked
Rolling Schedule starting at 3:00 PM Running Events Check in with Clerk located behind 55m start Field Events Check in at their Event Area
Pole Vault and High Jump Event conflicts - Can move up or down in the order but we will not wait at the end of that height PV starting height is 6 6, 7 6, 8 , 8 6 etc. for girls and 8 6, 9 6, 10 6, 11 6 , 12 etc. for boys HJ starting height is 4 , 4 3 , 4 6 , 4 8 , etc. for girls and 5 , 5 3 , 5 6 , 5 8 , etc. for boys
Long jump 4 jumps cafeteria style with 2 flights 3:00 to 3:50 - Girls LJ on south pit, flight 1 4:10 to 5:00 Girls LJ on south pit, flight 2 5:30 to 6:20 - Boys LJ on south pit, flight 1 6:40 to 7:30 Boys LJ on south pit, flight 2 Triple jump 4 jumps cafeteria style 3:00 to 3:50 - Boys TJ on west pit, flight 1 4:10 to 5:00 Boys TJ on west pit, flight 2 5:30 to 6:20 Girls TJ on west pit, flight 1 6:40 to 7:30 Girls TJ on west pit, flight 2
Other Info: Please help keep individuals away from the finish line area We won t be checking spikes but please use pyramids. Blocks will be provided by UW-Stout for this meet. Teams should NOT bring their own blocks, with the exception of Moyes. Athletic Trainer near the finish line Additional bathrooms located on 1stfloor by main entrance
End of Meet We will announce the team champions at the end of the meet. We will do podium presentations and awards for events throughout the meet.
