  2. BNSSG Training Hub Overview Introduction: Aim: Healthier Together & BNSGG Training Hub are seeking experienced GPs to become mentors. The overall aim is to retain experienced GPs working in primary care through this portfolio working helping other GPs at all stages of their career through high quality mentoring. opportunity, while GP mentors would offer mentorship and support to their colleagues at all stages of their career. Participants will be offered accredited training and receive funding to deliver mentoring for up to 1 session / week.

BNSSG Training Hub Eligibility Criteria Essential all GPs on the scheme should: Hold full registration and a licence to practice with the General Medical Council (GMC) Meet the requirements for remaining on the NHS England GP Performers List Continue to work at least three clinical sessions per week, in addition to mentoring involvement Be able to be engage with the scheme for a minimum of one year Desirable: Previous mentoring experience Experience in leadership roles Experience in medical education We particularly welcome applications from GPs from diverse backgrounds.
