BRAHM OLAK WHO IS BRAH M OLAK ?
Who is brahim olak? brahim olak is the first artistic gymnast from Turkey to win a gold medal at the world championships.
He won the gold medal on the rings at the 2019 World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany.
That was very important because it was the first artistic gymnastics world championship medal of any colour for Turkey.
So, he is the role model for Turkish youth.
His childhood: He was born in 1995, in zmir. He was a very energetic child.
With the advice of his uncle Erkan olak, who was a former gymnast, he started ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS. His family also wanted it very much. He was just a 5 year old boy then.
He never gave up gymnastics. He trained almost everyday. And he became very successful.
Some of the competitions he participated in and his achievements: World Championships: *Gold medal 2019 Stuttgart Rings European Championships: *Gold medal 2020 Mersin Rings *Silver medal 2018 Glasgow Rings *Silver medal 2020 Mersin Team European Games: *Bronze medal 2015 Baku Rings
His personality: He is a hardworking, ambitious, decisive, confident, clever, strong man.
Why is he a hero,a role model for young people? He is a good example for us, because he did not stop doing sport no matter what happens. He suffered from serious injuries, but he did not give up. brahim olak, who started this sport with the insistence of his family, progressed by keeping the decisions of his family and his own decisions as one.
NAMED ELEMENT: In April 2017, the International Federation of Gymnastics [FIG] included 'The Colak' in their Code of Points for rings. He first performed the element, which involves a vertical pull up with straight arms to a V-cross, at the 2017 World Cup event in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
