Back then there live a huge ferocious beast. It ruined people s property and it ate people alive. It always came up on a lunar year. That s why people leave up to the mountains.
So than an old guy came and he didnt know about any thing. He went to an old lady and she told him about it. But the old man was brave. He said if you let me stay here the dragon won t come. So the lady said fine. When the dragon came the old man put red clothes on and fire crackers in his house and the dragon was scared and it ran away.
When the people heard that the dragon ran away and the man was alive. They came back and did what the man did every new year.
