Goal of Family Leadership: Developing those things which make it easier for disabled people and their families to create good lives for themselves.
Beginning Early Connect early with families to support them to be aspirational for their child to build community and natural supports and to help their children to become as independent as possible
Assisting Families from a young age Develop and extend their vision dream big Build a personal network Focus on ordinary life outcomes Stay connected
Seizing the opportunity represented by personal budgets Maximising the effective use of individual budgets to assist people and families to use them to build an ordinary life with relationships, belonging and valued roles.

The sharing of really useful knowledge and some frameworks for change. Live-in family retreats one day workshops, on a one-to-one basis through independent planning and facilitation Education
