In addition to the questions listed on previous slide, here are some other comments made while reviewing the slide What is the level of experience in the audience? What is the impact on change management? What are the potential symptoms that can identify the need for moving to an ERP solution? What is the value to the business and the company? What are the key milestones that need to be prioritized for the ERP journey? We should get a couple of companies at either end of their systems lifecycle to share their story. Antonio from Novartis will be sharing a story about their Digital Revolution for one of the sessions. We are still looking at another company who are in the early phase of their ERP lifecycle to share their perspective. Data is the backbone of any implementation, and this forum thinks it is an essential part of any ERP implementation.
