Business English Language III and IV course by N. Pavlova spans two semesters this academic year. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 12:45-15:00 in Room 2. Contact emilija.lipovsek@vhs.edu.rs for more information. Consultation hours are Wednesdays from 11:00-12:30. The minimum required exam score is 51, with a maximum of 100.

  9. Receptionist: takes bookings, gives information, greets guests, gives room key to guests, takes payment from guests.
