C nn ung thm vin st khi mang thai? Trong qu tr nh mang thai, vi c b sung dinh d ng cho b b u l r t quan tr ng cho s ph t tri n c a thai nhi v cho s c kh e b n th n m b u. Trong th b sung s t cho b b u l m t trong s c c ch t dinh d ng c n u ti n b sung nh t. Tuy nhi n nhi u m v n b n kho n lo l ng vi c c b u c n n u ng th m thu c s t cho b b u kh ng? C thai c n n u ng s t kh ng? Theo khuy n ngh c a T ch c Y t Th gi i (WHO), m b u c n b sung s t t ng u ng h ng ng y gi m nguy c sinh con nh c n, ph ng ng a t nh tr ng thi u m u thi u s t. WHO khuy n ngh ph n mang thai n n b sung 30-60 mg s t nguy n t h ng ng y trong su t thai k . N u ph n c nh mang thai c th b sung s t tr c k thai s n t 1-3 th ng. Thc phm giu st heme: Thng c trong cc thc phm c ngun gc tng v t v d h p thu t i ru t. Th c ph m ch a s t d ng heme g m c c , th t b , th t l n, s huy t, ngh u, n i t ng ng v t.. Th c ph m gi u s t non-heme: Th ng c trong c c lo i ng c c, m t ng, c c lo i rau.. Vi c h p thu s t non-heme s ph thu c v o s c m t c a m t s ch t c t c d ng t ng hay c n tr s h p thu s t. Do , b b u b sung s t d ng non- heme c n l u kh ng n chung v i th c ph m c t nh c ch s t nh tr , c ph , th c ph m ch a phytate, tanin. S d ng vi n s t cho b b u Vi c b sung s t qua th c ph m h ng ng y kh ng cung c p s t theo khuy n ngh , do m b u c n b sung th m vi n u ng s t cho b b u ph h p. M n n u ti n l a ch n s n ph m vi n s t cho b b u c a th ng hi u uy t n, ch t l ng, c c p ph p l u h nh t B Y T m b o an to n v mang l i hi u qu b sung s t t i u. Tr nh k t h p v i u ng canxi: Th i i m b sung s t n n c ch xa l c m u ng thu c canxi 1-2 gi ng h , b i canxi c th nh h ng t i qu tr nh h p thu s t khi u ng c ng l c. M c ng n n tr nh u ng vi n s t v i th c ph m gi u canxi kh ng l m c n tr s h p thu s t. B sung ch t x : U ng thu c s t c th khi n m kh i ngo i, do , m c n n nhi u ch t x t rau xanh c i thi n ch c n ng ti u h a.
