HIGH LEVEL SCHEDULE Activity Scheduled Completion Date 3/25/2021 5/25/2021 8/23/2021 10/1/2021 Demolition (Annex interior, hardscapes) Interior Walls & Door Framing (rooms emerge) Parking Lot Asphalt Poured Substantial Completion!
COMPLETED LAST 30 DAYS (FROM 1/18/2021) Continued Demolition and abatement on Annex Completed elevator footers and pit walls Removed stairs Below-slab electrical & plumbing rough-in Removed HVAC Unit from Annex Roof Removed existing beams and cut openings for new beams Began roof demo and abatement
PLANNED FOR NEXT 30 DAYS (WEATHER DEPENDENT, ETC,) Complete all Abatement on Annex Complete all Demolition on Annex Complete critical CMU Wall erection Waterproofing walls below grade Sitework Grading Adjustments Set New Steel Beams Install new roofing on existing annex where it is to remain. Reinstall RTU on Annex Roof Deliver and Begin Steel Erection Begin Add Alternate Restroom 102 Finalize Brick Submittals so we can narrow down the dates for the Front HC Ramp anticipated duration 3+ weeks
