Introductions: CalMHSA Team -- Kim Flores, Leah Solomon, Lorena Campos, Taylor Intermill CalHOPE Support Program: Part of DHCS CalHOPE program Media Solutions, Warmline, CCUIH CHSP is not a federal CCP 21 Agencies; 2 will staff chat app Communication is key! Begin with weekly meetings with Program Leads, monthly agency one-on-one mtgs, emails. Admin mtgs as needed. Please enter your name and agency in the chat. 20XX 3
Next Steps Begin Hiring and Counseling Data Collection Staff may begin counseling once they complete your agency training. CalMHSA has created 3 survey forms. Individual/Family Counseling Form SS can be paid up to $26/hr, Supervisor up to $30/hr + 20% benefits; Back to 1/16/2023 Group Counseling Form Outreach Form We will post the links on our repository site need your feedback! Watch Recorded Trainings on our Repository Site Each agency will have its own access code to fill out the forms. Update Resource Database 20XX 4
Contract Contract won t be available for a couple weeks; it will include Deliverable 1 of protocols, basic agency information, agency training, implementation schedule. You will receive 1-month upfront staffing costs with D1. 20XX 5
Invoice Invoice will include FTE line items, Quality Improvement Training, Additional Admin Costs line item, and15% Indirect CalMHSA will create a standard invoice. Additional Admin is for outreach, office supplies, wifi, Zoom accounts, and related tech. Other reasonable CalMHSA requests 20XX 6
Discussion and Feedback Devices Training Some funds will be provided for quality improvement training. We are assuming you will provide your agency s required training within the FTEs allotted. Reporting will be required on all additional QI training purchased. CalMHSA will augment agency training with virtual presentations. For those that participated in the CCP, DHCS assumes you still have the devices available. For new agencies, or those who will be expanding beyond their CCP staff level, will you need devices? DHCS has said if devices are purchased, they may have to be returned to the state. Mouses and keyboards do not have to be returned. 20XX Presentation title 7
