  3. Overview of Guidelines QAC/QAK Guidelines (v2) released January 21, 2020 Outlines Requirements and recommendations for California Census Guidelines include six (6) phases of QAC/QAK administration. 3

  4. QAC/QAK 6 Phases 1. Planning: Guidance and specifications for planning. 2. Set Up: Developing and preparing QAC/QAK location. 3. Training: Instructions and guidance for staff and volunteers. 4

  5. QAC/QAK Phases (cont) 4. Engagement: Best practices to enhance engagement with community members at locations. 5. Monitoring/Audits: Instructions on data collecting and reporting. 6. Ramp Down: Information on how to close out the QAC/QAK. 5
