  3. 170m Affordable Housing Programme Targets 170m Affordable Housing Programme Targets 2,500 homes to start by 31 March 2022 as part of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough s Devolution Business Case 70 million ringfenced for Cambridge City to deliver 500 new affordable homes 100 million to deliver 2,000 new affordable homes across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CPCA Housing Strategy (approved Sept 2018): 60 million affordable housing grant / infrastructure grant 40 million invested via revolving fund, loans & other direct market interventions
