CROW 5.25.0.236 Overview The CROW 5.25.0.236 project is undertaken to correct defects related to equipment no longer being listed in the subject line of email and the inability to update outage profiles through the API. An enhancement associated with the release is the ability to submit overlapping generation rules. No software or process changes are expected for members to be able to continue using CROW. Only Asset Owning MPs and Transmission Operators may participate in the Test. 6

  6. Test Checklist The Test Checklist can be found on SPP.org in the CWG project folder here. As tests are completed, document results as Pass, Fail, or Not Applicable, noting any Comments as necessary. Once ALL applicable tests are passed, please return the completed checklist to SPP. 7

  8. Test Environment All Member testing will be performed in CROW in SPP's Integrated Test Environment (ITE). The direct URL is https://crow.itespp.org/crow/Outages/outage_req_in dex.aspx. SPP supports the latest version of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer Chrome Firefox MS Edge During Member testing, ITE will be supported by SPP during business hours only - Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT; Members are welcome to test outside of these times and any issues identified should be logged via RMS. 9

  9. Expectations Testing should be performed by users who are familiar with usage of the CROW Outage Management tool as it currently exists and have a valid client certificate. The Liaison will be responsible for coordinating testing at their company, and reporting back to SPP on testing progress or issues. Complete all tests on the Member Test Checklist Turning in your completed test checklist as early as possible is appreciated but no later than January 13, 2020 via RMS Ask questions or report issues via RMS 10
