Our Measurable Goals based on our Grant Plan By the end of summer 2015, a cohort of primary grade teacher leaders and tech champions will be proficient users of iBooks Author to create digital curriculum based on their curriculum maps focused on Social Studies and Literacy Integration for grades K-3. By the end of summer 2015, a separate cohort of grade 4-12 teacher leaders and tech champions will use iBooks Author as well as our LMS to create digital curriculum based on their subject area. Teacher interest is high! Participating teachers demonstrate the ability to write and revise curriculum as a process. The Digital Curriculum will be ready to implement by the 2nd nine weeks of the school year.
Our Shared Purpose Teachers need to use that data and have the skills to improve curriculum. Textbook publishers cannot keep up with changes in standards or our annual data needs. Best use of funding Digital Curriculum can be constantly improved, revised, and shared. Build Curriculum revision capacity in teachers Change our culture. Books are not the only curriculum.

Integration Expectations for Teachers Fostering 21st Century Skills- Collaboration, Communication, Create, and Critical Thinking Curriculum Maps Developed for all classes and courses. Transition Curriculum Maps to Digital Curriculum Digital Curriculum looks different based on the age of the student.

Support For The Proposal Upgraded wireless and switches in 2012. 802.11n Committee gathered to decide on 1:1 Purchased iPads through a Lease in the summer of 2013. Grades 2-12 iPad 4, K-1 iPad mini Apple on-site training summer of 2013. Sense of Purpose Offline access for all students. We chose to focus on a core group of apps. Meaningful goal to create better curriculum based on our needs and Indiana Standards.
