  4. Analysis of RTI Queries All RTI queries (for the year 2013-2016) were analyzed and it has been observed that a large number of the queries are internal (around 45%) The objective of this initiative was to minimize internal queries.

  9. Software Requirement dSPACE is a customizable Open-Source institutional repository application. (www.dpsace.org). It is a content management solution for organizations. The product was first launched in 2002 by MIT and HP Lab. It is a JAVA based web-utility application. Images are stored in PostgreSQL and Oracle DB. The primary web-interface used in this case is XMLUI dSPACE can be used in OS like Linux, Solaris, Unix, Ubuntu and Windows Web Platform : Apache Tom Cat with ANT and MAVEN service plugin

  10. Conclusions The data repository system has been made operational internally w.e.f. June 17. Department/ Center/ Sections can add contents Content searching have become smooth Process takes almost no time. Further filtering of text can be done Internal queries have been minimized There has been a decline in internal RTI applications
