  3. What is CEO? Competitive Employment Opportunities (CEO) is a mentorship/internship program for high school students with disabilities. Every student in the CEO Program is paired with a mentor who works in a career field of interest to that student. Professional developments occur once a week; students spend these sessions learning workplace communication, personal finance, public speaking, and other professional skills. Every student who successfully completes the professional development and mentoring series is then eligible for an 80-hour summertime internship at their mentor s place of employment.

  4. The Student Interns The CEO program is an abilities-focused program designed to inspire excellence. All of our interns bring with them unique strengths and weaknesses, abilities and disabilities, but all of our interns are held to the same high standards. Interns are selected through a rigorous application process that includes an in-person interview and staff recommendations. We expect that every intern comes ready to work and ready to learn. Currently have 25 interns actively participating in the program
