Changing the Landscape: Developing a New Faculty Academy 2012 approached Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Director to create a New Faculty Orientation to include: A weekend retreat with new faculty and administrators before faculty report for the fall semester A new faculty academy cohort which would meet twice a month during the fall semester
