Challenges in ADHD Support Services at Universities & Colleges
Disability services at universities and colleges face challenges in providing support for students with ADHD. The Health Service Executive is working on solutions, addressing medication issues, and emphasizing non-medical supports through organizations like ADHD Ireland. Constructive advocacy is essential for individuals to navigate available resources effectively and address the complexities of ADHD support. Awareness about ADHD in women and beyond young adulthood is crucial for comprehensive support.
