  1. Lessons Learned and Take Aways 1. It is very difficult to maintain your best effort over time. 2. It seems unfair to expect people to change their work in the middle of the game. 3. If the players don t know the rules of the assessment from the start they cannot perform at high levels. 4. Sometimes the data gleaned from the assessment can t be compared because expectations were changed. 5. If the monitor does not maintain high levels of integrity the results may be inaccurate. 6. An inherent cultural bias may exist. 7. Changing the variables such as time, number of letters, being able to see the letters and so on skew the results. 8. If people performing the assessments do not know the area being assessed, they begin with a disadvantage.
