They are distributing annotation guides to teachers and are turning close reading into a look-for on kick up. Weekly PLCs reviewing data and classroom instruction Fall Data: Their CCRPI attendance is at 60.4% Fall Data: Fall Data: Based on APS Graphs, 93% of the Class of 2024 are on track to graduate. Fall Data: Weekly Grade Level Meetings 5/24/24 Assistant Principal, Clerk, MTSS, SSDS, Social Worker, Counselor Atwater - 7% of students scored proficient or above They have been focused on looking at their attendance every week. Students are coming to school. As a team, they are focused on the students who need to come more to get them off the at-risk list. They are celebrating students and are putting up the perfect attendance list with pictures. Once a month, they celebrate with popcorn parties. They have students of the month and highlight them during the football games. Teachers did a great job with tutoring after school and providing remediation during the day. These guiding questions will help you determine what, if any, updates are needed for your school s strategic plan.
