  2. Who are the Children in Need of Care and Protection (CNCP) Children are the most vulnerable section in society. They are dependent, have the least power, and have less control over their own lives.

  3. Who are the Children in Need of Care and Protection (CNCP) Among children there are some who are more marginalized and Neglected than others because of their socio - economic cultural circumstances.

  4. CNCP are found in the following situations In Families at Risk On the Street In Institutions
