The first slide of your presentation should show: your own name your organisation the nature of your organisation e.g. SME, academic institution, public, private the country from which it operates the department within the organisation the specialty of the department your contact details your institution s URL
The 2nd and 3rd slides may show the objectives of your proposal an idea of the existing partnership your skills and those of your organisation Areas of cooperation in technology: China-Spain, Spain-China involvement in previous / on-going projects in the area
Recommendations: Do not overload your slides provide links to additional material available on the web Recommended font size = 32 The slides should be in English language Do not use videos, etc. this might not work with the IT system All flash presentations will be made available online prior to the event for networking purposes Make sure you only include publishable contents (names, images, etc).
