CLC Planning Overview Goal and Purpose: Define CLCs & process for implementing changes Establish Lifecycle Management CLC Planning Committee Timeline Requests are made for following fiscal year Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Extend CLC/Classroom functionality Ultimately personalized
CLC Planning Committee Purpose: Evaluate CLC Requests and make recommendations for next fiscal year Meet 2 or 3 times a year Membership includes representation from: Information Technology Computer Committee (ITCC) Information Technology (IT) Registrar Student Council (StuCo) Rep from discipline-specific (DSCC) curriculum comm (follow up)
