  7. Building Retrofit Program Feasibility Study FCM Finalized proposal and it is not going to peer review Cohort of 7 municipalities to undertake market analysis and Guide to ready them for actual program application This cohort will be the cohort that we would be applying as part of 3rd party delivery Build CAP capacity to undertake market analysis to that we can bring up municipal readiness for program implementation Gone to peer review

  8. Building Retrofit Program Growing the Retrofit Market Facilitating the Residential Energy Efficiency Retrofit Training Network Identifying who is doing what to advance training/certification/supports for existing and needed workforce; Facilitating sharing/collaboration/coordination across network participants; Identifying others we need to be working with to advance/support the contractor network; and Identifying gaps to scaling up and then developing strategies to address those gaps. More information: https://guides.co/g/residential-energy-efficiency-retrofit- training-network/179963 No funds for this at present but we are dedicating development resources to it as this effort is critical for Home Retrofit success

  9. Green Development Standards Working with Whitby, Halton Hills, Caledon, Mississauga, Kingston, Hamilton/Burlington to support their GDS Advancing the ability of municipalities to make more metrics mandatory and drive uptake to energy metrics within GDS via capacity and incentives Providing case studies of what GDS look like in implementation (developments going through the GDS and what they are incorporating) Presentations to Mississauga, Peel Region, Caledon, OCC
