The Mandate of the ELRC 30 years of service to humanity through quality public education Predates the promulgation of the LRA (National and Provincial foot print) Harmonising the workplace- to improve the quality of learning and teaching 2
Partnerships/Collaboration in Education o Education as a sector has always enjoyed labour peace because of partnerships in ELRC oFacilitating and mediating difficult circumstances to prevent labour unrests oFacilitating collective agreement to deal with concessions in education during the Pandemic oSome of initiatives in education-TUC, NECT, QLTC, PLCs 3
