1. Application This document is intended for all content suppliers, internal or external, delivering material to the following television channels: Canal D Noovo RDS Canal Vie Elle Fictions RDS2 Investigation Max RDSInfo Vrak TV Z Bell Media reserves the right to refuse any production that does not meet the specifications of this document. Any questions regarding the application of these guidelines must be directed to your traffic coordinator. 3
2. Traffic Communication and parameters The material can be delivered once for all stations, but the instructions must be sent separately to all three traffic teams. Commercials must come with a Telecaster number provided by the Broadcasters Committee https://clearance.thinktv.ca/login All material that hasn t been used for 6 months will be destroyed. 4
3. Commercial instruction guide Here is the information that should appear on a broadcast instruction: The name of the client The name of the product (if applicable) Release Dates The channels on which the advertising material will be disseminated Title of advertising material The advertising material identification code (if applicable) Duration of advertising material The percentage of rotation (ex: 100% if it is a single material, 50% / 50% if two ads to be distributed in equal rotation, etc.) The Telecaster number (https://thinktv.ca/fr/think-clearance/) The word "REVISION" in the case of a change in advertising material or a component of previous instructions Contact information 5

Max peaks 5.1 Audio Stream Type AES Stereo program material will be up-mixed to 5.1 upon ingest. -3 dBTP Audio Bits 24bit Closed captioning must be present and compliant with both EIA-608 and EIA-708, and must be embedded in the video file.
