Comparison of Outcome Between Collared and Non-Collared Uncemented Femoral Stems in Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty

This review investigates outcomes of collared vs. non-collared uncemented femoral stems in total hip arthroplasty. Findings suggest both stems yield excellent clinical results, with lower periprosthetic fracture rates for collared stems.
