  1. FELLOWSHIP CONCERNING THE COMPLETION OF THE COLLECTED WORKS OF WITNESS LEE IN ENGLISH (CWWL) 4/16/2015 History: Not long after Brother Lee passed away in 1997, LSM began putting out his works in chronological order starting from 1963. Words spoken in the same year are published under the same volume. As of now, 45 volumes have been released covering the years 1963-1978. A few years back, it was decided to release these volumes at the rate of two yearly sets in one year. Thus, we are currently releasing a yearly set every semi-annual training. At this rate, it will take 10 years to release all the remaining sets from 1980 through 1997, and another 10 years to release all the sets prior to 1963, making a total of 20 years. When completed, there will be a total of 130 volumes of material covering a span of 7 decades.

  2. Plan: In fellowship with the officers, the senior editors, and the Taiwan Gospel Bookroom at the beginning of this year, it was agreed that we would jointly work together to try to complete the CWWL project before the end of 2017 and release the entire set to the saints hopefully by the winter training of 2017. A big part of this work involves accelerating the preparation, editing, and translation of the Chinese messages. The Taiwan Gospel Bookroom has done much planning, adjusting work schedules, and recruited various parties including the MSW serving ones in the US to participate in the work. But we will also have to make adjustments in the work being done in the LSM offices in Anaheim and Irving.

  3. This endeavor will require much grace for much labor, but we have a responsibility before the Lord to ensure that all the content of the ministry that was entrusted to Brother Lee is made available to the saints in the churches and to all those in Christianity who need the reality of the content of this ministry. This will be an intensified time for the sake of the Lord s intensified move to end this age. Grace to all.

  6. Total count Total number of volumes: estimated to be 138 volumes Total number of pages: estimated to be 78,332 pages Total number of books: estimated to be 316,373 books

  7. The Collected Works of Witness Lee, a collection of his writings since 1927, comprises 138 volumes with over 78,000 pages. This has not included the 94 volumes of Life-study messages of the Old and New Testament and the 26 volumes of the Conclusion of the New Testament messages. In comparison, Martin Luther only produced 82 volumes of works during his lifetime, and J.N. Darby only produced 47 volumes for his completed works. Even Charles Spurgeon, who was reputed to be the most prolific Christian writer and popular preacher of all times, only has 57 volumes for his complete works. Brother Lee s production easily exceeds most of them by twice the amount. This collection does not yet include the Recovery version of the Bible with all its footnotes and cross- references and the many articles that he co-authored or books that he supervised but did not personally write. Most of the publications published during his lifetime were reviewed by him personally before they went into print.

  8. Brother Lee began serving the Lord full-time in 1933, and continued uninterruptedly all the way until his death in 1997, a total of 64 years. Seldom in the history of the church has anyone served that long. Martin Luther began the Reformation in 1517 with the 95 Theses and died in 1546, a span of 29 years. John Calvin began his reformed work in 1536 and died in 1564, a span of 28 years. Charles Spurgeon preached his first sermon in 1850 and died in 1892, a total of 42 years. J.N. Darby began meeting with the Brethren in 1832 and died in 1882, a span of 50 years. John Wesley had his Aldersgate conversion in 1738 and died in 1791, a span of 53 years. Andrew Murray was ordained by the Dutch Reformed Church in 1848 and died in 1917, a span of 69 years. However, he authored only 50 books. His Collected Works has only 1,260 pages.

  9. Letter of appreciation to Witness Lee by 107 serving ones on July 8, 1995 Dear Brother Lee: We wish to express our appreciation for the completion of the Life-study of the entire Scriptures. Such an accomplishment is surely unprecedented in Christian history, and we thank and praise the Lord for it . It has been a great honor and privilege for us to participate in this work in the various areas of service, including outline preparation, video and audio, live translation, transcription, polishing, editing, typesetting, proofreading, artwork design, printing, binding, ordering, invoicing, packing and shipping. We have all enjoyed our particular portion in preparing this ministry for publication. We have especially enjoyed the oneness of our coordination. We now wish to give ourselves for the propagation of all the printed materials . May the interpreted Word, with its life and truth, be spread throughout the earth. Your fellow workers for the Lord s recovery

  10.
