  6. Problems and opportunities: State consumer problems/opportunities (existing market or new market), and define nature of product/service opportunities created by those problems. OPPORTUNITIES

  7. Market: Define product Customers: why would they want to buy your products: benefits and costs? Competitors: who and what are the differences between your product and theirs? MARKET SUMMARY

  8. Market Size Trends Marketing plan: advertising, promotion, customer decision environment Geographical coverage: where do you want to sell first? And why? MARKETS
