  4. Baseline Testing Standardized Assessment of Concussion Neurocognitive computerized test Used to compare individuals post-injury to their pre-injury state Examines verbal and visual memory, reaction time, symptom severity, etc. A tool to assist with plan of care and Return to Play decisions 4
