Mitigation for ESRs oAfter prior discussion about competitive and non-competitive constraints and impacts on energy and ancillary services, the presentation was updated and reposted with a minor change to constraints considered oThe Just In Time framework will be discussed with the IMM and language changes will be drafted

  3. CRR Auction Solution Time oMulti-month products exhibited long run execution times, with delayed results oWorking with the CRR vendor to identify the root cause oEnforcing 400,000 total bid limit, including group base load, for multi-month product in next auction until resolved this will trigger transaction adjustment period

  4. SCR819 Not To Exceed oExpected to help reduce margin of safety derates for GTCs by limiting unexpected increases in infra-marginal generation during SCED intervals when flows are nearing GTL oSystem updates to be released in June oERCOT to bring Implementation plan to May meeting

  5. Tabled Items oLeadership discussed need for vice chair volunteer(s) oNPRR 1214 Reliability Deployment Price Adder Fix to Provide Locational Price Signals, Reduce Uplift and Risk oSmaller load zones IMM to bring next iteration of analysis to June meeting
