  2. We already know there are 3 different types of French verb infinitives. They end in ER, -IR, and RE We also already know how to conjugate regular ER verbs. Chop off the ER Add the endings: e ons es ez e ent

  3. Now lets learn how to conjugate IR verbs: Chop off the IR Add the new endings: is is it -issons - issez - issent

  4. Try to conjugate finir: Finir: to finish Je Nous Tu Vous Il Elle On Ils Elles

  5. Other IR Verbs: Choisir to choose Grossir to get fat/to gain weight Maigrir to get thin/to lose weight Ob ir to obey Punir to punish Remplir to fill (out) R ussir to succeed/to pass (a test)
