The Bureau of Education & Services for the Blind (BESB) in Connecticut focuses on vocational rehabilitation for individuals with visual impairments. Through their VR project, they aim to enhance client employment outcomes by utilizing Labor Market Information (LMI). By addressing WIOA requirements, BESB seeks to better prepare clients for job opportunities and guide them towards viable career paths, steering them away from enrolling in colleges or graduate schools without clear career goals.
