  5. Contract Future GMPs Mountain Line is seeking future grant funding for associated electrical resilience (ex: generator). Contract will enable future GMPs for future infrastructure and charging equipment which The contract term will be for five (5) years from the effective date of the contract, with five (5) additional one-year optional extensions.

Scope of Work 1) 2) 3) Pre-Construction Services GMP Submittal Scope A & Scope B Construction Services Scope A: Fast Charging Trenching & Install Conduit/Wiring Install concrete pads, vault(s) Acquire and install electrical switchboard Install pantograph & cabinets (Acquisition by Owner) Coordinate with APS: new transformer/meter Coordinate w/ pantograph vendor for testing/commissioning Scope B: Slow Charging -Outlet upgrades in Shop 2

Schedule Construction Phase Schedule: NTP: ~August 19, 2022 Pre-construction: August-February 2023 95% Design Plans Due August 18, 2022 Anticipate pre-con activities for Owner/DP meetings, 95% plan constructability review, site logistics planning, procurement long lead items, City permit coordination Construction: February-June 2023 - Estimate pantograph delivery by February 2023

  10. RFP Submittal Qualifications Relevant Experience, Project Team & Approach Pricing (Attachment 16) A. Pre-construction. Provide not to exceed pricing for pre-construction services. $________ B.
