  1. 2022 Heavy Construction Association March 16, 2022 Infrastructure & Engineering Services -1-

  2. 2022 Construction Season Great to be back in person and looking forward to a healthy, safe and productive construction season for all. Aware and concerned of increased costs due to contributing factors from the COVID-19 pandemic, inflation, supply & demand pressures and various changes in construction regulations. As a result, we are striving to think creatively with new and improved technology, innovation and processes to spend money and complete work more efficiently. We are continuing to be flexible with project timelines and ensuring there is sufficient closing time for our tenders and RFPs to allow contractors and consultants time to submit. Want to thank all of our contractors and consultants as well as the Heavy Construction Association for their continual support, hard work and dedication. Infrastructure & Engineering Services -2-
