  2. Introduction Disappointment: a feeling of dissatisfaction that results when your expectations are not realized. (synonym: letdown) Frustration: the feeling that accompanies an experience of being thwarted in attaining your goals. (synonym: defeat) Discouragement: the feeling of despair in the face of obstacles. (synonym: disheartenment, dismay)

  3. Disappointment, Frustration and Discouragement Can be caused by many things Family matters Yielding to temptation Enemies / Friends Perceived failures Sickness Loss of a job, (etc.)
