HB 265 County Priority Projects Program Program in effect as of July 1, 2024, for FY25, pursuant to HB 265 and includes projects detailed in HJR 92.
HB 265 County Priority Projects Program HJR 92 - 80 Counties & Cities included - $19,991,000 in projects contained in HJR 92 Implementation Status - - 70 MOAs in process (95% are completely executed) - $17,290,000 authorized - 10 county/city projects already completed through other funding sources or duplicated in HJR 92 totaling $2,701,000
Program Details in HB 265: $20,000,000 set aside annually + any carry over Deadline to submit listing of projects to General Assembly is November 1 HB 265 County Priority Projects Program Requests for FY 25/26: $28,575,218.30 (thru 9/11/2024) 28 counties/cities applied Application Deadline 10/15/2024
HB 265 COUNTY/CITY BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Program established in HB 265 and in effect as of 7/1/2024.
Program Details in HB 265: $25,000,000 authorized in each fiscal year for repair and/or replacement of County and City Bridges + any carry over Open application cycle. HB 265 County/City Bridge Improvement Program Requests for FY 25/26: 14 requests have been received totaling $4,894,558. 13 applications are for replacement and 1 for repair.
