Course Migration All content from courses on Blackboard has been copied to Brightspace - Spring 2022 to Summer 2023 - Admin courses Instructors can download Grade Center and student interactions as needed 1
UB Learns Data Management Policy UB Learns Data Management Policy will apply to Brightspace - Courses are available for one year following the end of the semester in which they were taught Adjusting the schedule for the removal of migrated courses (MIG) to two years 2

Access to Blackboard ends on Dec. 1, 2023 Impacts students with incompletes from Fall 2022 through Spring 2023 and Blackboard courses from Summer 2023 UB Learns will be reaching out to those instructors Options after Dec. 1 include finishing coursework offline or enrolling students in a Brightspace course Currently monitoring the use of Blackboard Will begin communications this month, including email notifications, modifying login pages, etc. 4
Training and Support Information Brightspace virtual training sessions will begin on Thursday, Jan. 11 and continue through Friday, Jan. 19. Walk-in support will be available January 16 - 19, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in 240 Capen Hall on North Campus. Details and registration for these opportunities will be available on the LMS Support website in November. 5
