C.O.V.I.D Communications: Frequently, (zoom, or other methods at your disposal) with facts to parents and staff. Youth as needed. Observation: Oversee the operations in full, practice makes perfect. Versatile: Adapt the plan to all your activities, change is good, move forward, not going backwards to the way it was. Inspect: Personally watch, listen, and participate. Management By Walking Around (MBWA). Inspect what you expect. Decision Making: Be able to make decisions based on the plan. Don t be afraid to make the right decision. What s on paper is different when dealing with it in person.
