CPA Packaging Design effort Meetings with external stakeholders Discussion on the articulation between the revision of the PPWD and the work of the CPA started in Sept. 2020 As a follow-up, meeting organised with Eunomia, EC and the CPA Packaging Working group on 14/1/2021 CPA Packaging Working group, with presence of EC on 9/2/2021 Paper by CPA Packaging Working group sent to EC (DG ENV): 1/3/2021 Informal workshop with CEN TC 261, TC 249, CPA Packaging Working group and EC on 26/5/2021 Informal meeting with environmental NGOs, CPA Packaging Working group and EC on 30/06/2021 Sensitivity: External

Packaging design status Drafting CPA views on packaging design standards The drafts provide the current (horizontal) views Document shared with the Packaging WG. Will be shared with DG Environment, as requested by them, next week CPA should continue to work on this document Different national views should be dealt with when standardisation process is in place (request approved, work start in bodies).
