General project questions Obligations and Expenditures We may request information as detailed in the grant agreement Quarterly Project Expenditure Report Requirements, as listed in 1. b This may include current and cumulative obligations and expenditures as well as a brief description of how they were used during the reporting period. We are awaiting guidance on exactly what we need to collect and when.

  11. General project questions Same every quarter - Labor Awardees will need to certify that 1. All laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and subcontractors are paid prevailing wages. 2. Collective bargaining agreements are in place. If such certification is not provided, an awardee will be subject to additional reporting requirements. These are detailed in the grant agreement, Exhibit C

  14. CPF Payment Schedule Six Advance Payments 1. Fifteen percent (15%) upon execution of the grant agreement; 2. contract; Ten percent (10%) upon approval of first professional services or construction 3. and upon submission of the architect s certification; Thirty percent (30%) when the Project is twenty-five percent (25%) complete 4. and upon submission of the architect s certification; Twenty-five percent (25%) when the Project is fifty percent (50%) complete 5. complete and upon submission of the architect s certification; and Fifteen percent (15%) when the Project is seventy-five percent (75%) 6. occupancy and final Project expenditure report. Five percent (5%) upon receipt of a temporary or final certificate of

  15. Time and Effort Reporting If salaries and wages for staff are included in your approved project budget, two things will be required to account for staff time: Signed Timesheets and Proof of Compensation

  16. Proof of Compensation and Distribution Payroll documents must: 1. Reflect an after-the-fact distribution of actual activity 2. Account for the total activity for which each employee is compensated 3. Be prepared at least monthly 4. Represent actual costs 5. Be confirmed by responsible persons that the work was performed
