Organizational mission, its purpose and how to create an effective mission statement.

When it comes to organizations or businesses, Mission purpose achieve it. It refers to the present not to be confused with the vision that refers to the future of the organization/business. Mission defines their actions in order to present and is purpose and their actions
A mission statement is a short sentence or paragraph that describes organization s/business s mission purpose the actions as the target groups describes the reason they exist. It also identifies actions they t take/services target groups. mission, their main services they provide, as well purpose, the reason they exist The mission statement aspires to make clear the mission public as well as its members/ employees/ volunteers/ stakeholders. In other words, it is the image of the organization/business both inside and out. to make clear the mission of the organization/business to both the both inside and out.
A mission statement defines an organization/business, its purpose. A good mission statement should be brief and concise and answer the following questions: What? Remember to keep your mission statement: - Short/brief - To the point - Memorable A mission statement is not something you write overnight, but fundamentally, your mission statement becomes your constitution, the solid expression of your vision and values. It becomes the criterion by which you measure everything else in your life. Stephen Covey Remember that you mission statement needs to define: - What you do - How you do it - For whom? (target groups) - Why? (the value you bring, the one things that makes your organization different from others)
