Presenting your Food Love Story When presenting, remember to share your name, make eye contact and smile. You may choose to record this or to present and perform instead. Remember to tell them about the different skills you used and the following: The name of your dish and what inspired you What ingredients have you used and why? Who is your dish aimed at? Your ideas for the recipe card
The Business Case How much money will it cost to make the dish? Name of your dish Cost of ingredients How much did the ingredients cost? Write the name of each ingredient and the price. Ingredient 1 Ingredient 2 Ingredient 3 Ingredient 4 Ingredient 5 Ingredient 6 Total cost of ingredients (all ingredients added up did you hit the 6 budget?) Per serve price (divide the cost of the ingredients by the number of servings)
