Explore the practice of creating a dynamic group yoga routine involving 6 to 8 poses with specific time allocations for each pose. Each group member memorizes the routine, takes turns giving directions, and eventually teaches it to the class. The routine follows a structured progression and incorporates teaching strategies such as Whole/Part/Whole method. The session ends with a calming Shavasana for deep relaxation.
